Returns & Refunds
• Customers must check the product in front of the delivery rider before accepting it.
• If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must immediately inform the rider and refuse the delivery.
• Once the rider leaves, no return, exchange, or refund requests will be accepted.
• The product must be in unused condition with original packaging for any return or exchange to be considered.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
